What is dustless floor sanding?
Dustless sanding is the process of fully sanding your floor down to bare wood so that it can be stained and sealed to the color and sheen of your choice. We use state of the art vacuums, combined with effective plastic protection, to minimize any dust circulation throughout your home. BEING clean is the hallmark of our service!
Our dustless sanding process
1) Plastic off doorways leading to rooms we are not working in. Cover countertops and upper cabinets, in addition to other necessary areas.
2) Fully sand down your floors to raw wood using a sequence of rough to fine grit sandpaper.
3) Once a color has been finalized we stain the floor using a penetrating oil based stain, and allow it to sit over night.
4) Finish the floor with ProCoat Water-Based Finish, using your choice of Satin, Semi, or High Gloss
